New harvest Arbequina olive oil

This year the harvest already started at the end of September. The Arbequina olives are picked green and immediately pressed into this unfiltered Early Harvest. The result is a fruity, buttery olive oil with notes of grass, walnut with a nice peppery finish. Perfect with bread and tomatoes.

In Northern Catalonia just outside the town of Lleida, the third and fourth generations of the Veá Arbequina family grow olives. The olives are small, the trees robust: most are more than 200 years old. The climate is perfect for the Arbequina olive: hot in summer and cold in winter.
