Smoked olive oil Arbequina | Family Veá | Catalonia, Spain


The extra virgin Arbequina olive oil undergoes a ‘cold’ smoking technique: wood smoke from pinecones from the Montseny area are brought to a low temperature. This makes smoking less intense. The oil gets a soft and light taste of smoke, so that it is in balance with the soft Arbequina oil. Delicious with potatoes, fish and roasted vegetables and meat.
