Extra Virgin olive oil | 100% Koroneiki

The Chania cooperative helps farmers from the nearby area to maintain their olive groves. The organic Koroneiki olives are harvested and pressed at the end of November/beginning of December. Since the olives are already quite ripe, the result is a full-bodied buttery oil. Delicious with anything where you would use a knob of butter. And tasty Greek feta and fish.
