Basil olive oil Marina Colonna

Organic basil leaves that grow on the Marina Colonna estate are crushed together with the olives during pressing. It gives the olive oil a soft sweet spicy taste. Delicious when used in vinaigrette, with soup and to flavor meat dishes. And of course about fresh tomatoes and burrata.
