Bergamot olive oil Marina Colonna

Bergamot fruits from Calabria are pressed with selected olives from the olive grove of Marina Colonna. The bergamot provides a fresh, slightly bitter citrus taste. Delicious with pumpkin, dressing for carpaccio and shellfish. Also ideal in sweet dishes such as sorbets and biscuits.
