This white balsamic vinegar is made in Italy according to the recipe of Jean-Marc Montegottero and, after maturing for 3 years, bottled at Huilerie Beaujolaise.
The transparent color makes this vinegar perfect for dishes where the color of the dish is important. Also delicious in fresh summer salads, with raw cucumber and fennel and raw fish dishes.
