Sundried Maroc Picholine olives | Morocco


Ripe picked and then sundried. Sweet ripe taste. Little bitter. Commonly used in Oriental and Moroccan cuisine.

Cured according to an age-old method: dry salting with sea salt and wooden crocks to further enhance the taste. Then they are washed and marinated in olive oil. Great to cook with. Think of bread, stews and tagine.
