The family business Accademia Olearia produces extra virgin olive oil from exclusively organic farming. The Bosana olives, a typical Sardinian olive, are ready for picking when medium ripe. They are pressed within 12 hours. The result is a powerfully fruity, fresh green olive oil. Spicy aromas with notes of green tomatoes and artichoke. A soft bitterness and medium pepper in the ‘finish’.
