A new collaboration! Every reason for a Special Edition. We are super enthusiastic about the olive oil from Guiseppe Fois from Sardinia. The family business Accademia Olearia produces extra virgin olive oil from exclusively organic farming. The Bosana olives, a typical Sardinian olive, are ready for picking when medium ripe. They are pressed within 12 hours. The result is a powerfully fruity, fresh green olive oil. Spicy aromas with notes of green tomatoes and artichoke. A soft bitterness and medium pepper in the ‘finish’.
Perfect for bruschetta, salads, lightly cooked vegetables, but also as a base for sauces, meat and fish. Also delicious with a piece of bread.
