The Veá family’s Arbequina olives are harvested in October and pressed within 12 hours to produce this fruity extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil has a soft fruity taste with a hint of acorns and almonds and a small and soft pepper in the ‘finish’. Delicious with bread, salads and delicate fish dishes. Bottled in a chic bottle.

The Reserva Sherry wine vinegar (vinagre de Jerez) is made from the Palomino Fino grape, some of which has matured for 25 years in oak barrels. The vinegar has a strong, nutty flavor with ripe fruit. Delicious! Indispensable with Gazpacho, salads and is also widely used in Ottolenghi recipes.
