Lorenzo and his team press this organic extra virgin olive oil from the local olive variety Tonda Iblea on their beautiful vineyard and olive grove in the Ragusa region of Sicily. The oil has an aroma of fresh green notes of young olive, and a slight spiciness in taste followed by a soft bitterness and a nice spicy pepper in the finish. Delicious for dipping with bread, on lettuce and with vegetables and white meat.
