This Tuscan extra virgin olive oil from farmer Stefano Spinelli is a blend of Frantoio (20%), Lecchino (40%) and Moraiola (40%) olives – from the hilly area of ​​the Montalbano region in Tuscany. The olives are picked by hand at the end of October and pressed the same day. The result is a powerful olive oil with the young and green aroma of fresh olives and is nicely spicy (mint, thyme) in taste with a strong bitter and long pepper in the finish.
